Verify your ID
Once you have completed Multi-Factor Authentication, the next step is to Verify your ID. ID Verification can be completed on a Laptop / Desktop or a Mobile Phone. View the video below or follow the steps provided to get started!
- Click on Secure My Account.
- View What to Expect During Your ID Verification.
- Users utilizing a mobile device can skip the QR Code and select Send Me An SMS. Add your mobile number in the provided box. Users utilizing a laptop/desktop will Continue With QR Code.
If you encounter issues receiving SMS messages or prefer to Continue With QR code, simply scan the QR code with your mobile device.
- A link will be sent to the Mobile number provided in Step 3. Example provided below. Click on the link to continue.
- Scan the QR Code and make sure your phone shows the same code.
- Verify that your code matches the code provided. Click Begin Verification.
- Enter Your Mobile Number in the provided box and click Next.
- Enter the code sent to your phone in the box provided and click confirm.
- Get your government-issued ID ready. Click Next.
- Scan the front of the document.
- Get ready to capture a selfie and click Next.
- Please review the documents before submission and click Next.
- The ID Verification steps are complete!
- Your ID is Verified.
- If ID Verification has failed, click on Retry ID Verification, to attempt the process again.
