FreightFriend Multi-Factor Authentication

Enhanced (Multi-Factor Authentication) MFA is a multi-step login process that requires more than a password to access a system, providing an additional layer of protection against potentially compromised credentials. Authenticate your account by choosing from 3 options, Biometrics, receive an SMS, or Authenticator App, to get started.

1. Login to your account

   

2. Click on I Have a Profile Already or Create a Free Profile.

   

3. Enter Your Email and Password.

   

4. Enter Your Email to receive a verification code.

   

5. Retrieve your Verification code from your email inbox and click FINISH.

   

6. Choose from 3 options, Biometrics, receive an SMS, or Authenticator App, to set up your MFA Method.

1. Lastly, Click Agree and Continue to accept the Terms and Conditions.
