Multi-Factor Authentication FAQs

  • What is Multi-Factor Authentication?
Enhanced (Multi-Factor Authentication) MFA is a multi-step login process that requires more than a password to access a system.
  • Why is MFA important?
MFA provides an additional layer of protection against potentially compromised credentials.
  • How often will I have to Multi-Factor Authenticate into the system?
Multi Factor Authentication registration will be required once. You will then utilize the MFA method every time you log into the system.

    • Any web based interactive use should be done using non-API accounts. If you need help adding accounts, please call our support team or get in touch with your account manager.
