MFA Authentication

Enhanced (Multi-Factor Authentication) MFA is a multi-step login process that requires more than a password to access a system, providing an additional layer of protection against potentially compromised credentials. Authenticate your account after successfully creating your profile and accepting the Terms and Conditions. Choose from 3 options, Biometrics, receive an SMS, or Authenticator App, to get started.

Biometrics

1. Select I Have A Profile Already or I Need to Create a Free Profile to begin logging in.

1. Create A Profile by filling out all the required information and click Submit.

   

2. Verify your Email by entering the code sent to the email address provided.

   

   1. The Code needed to complete email verification will be emailed to the email address provided. The email is sent from PingOne. Example below.

      

3. Click on Biometrics/Security Key

   

4. Click Next.

   

5. For Apple Users proceed to Step A. Windows users continue to Step B.
   1. Create a Passcode by choosing one of the following
      1. iCloud Keychain

         

      2. iPhone or iPad Device

         

      3. Security Key

         

   2. Create and Save the Passkey by following the steps below.

6. Insert your mobile number in the provided box to Register Mobile Number. Click Continue.

   

7. Your device is registered. Click Continue.

   

8. Click Agree and Continue to accept the Terms and Conditons.
   

   

Receive SMS Authentication

1. Select I Have A Profile Already or Create a Profile to begin logging in.

   

   1. Create A Profile by filling out all the required information and click Submit.

      

2. Verify your Email by entering the code sent to the email address provided.

1. The Code needed to complete email verification will be emailed to the email address provided. The email is sent from PingOne. Example below.
2. Click on Receive an SMS

   

3. Insert your mobile number in the provided box to Register Mobile Number. Click Continue.

1. Enter the passcode sent to your mobile device in the provided box and click Finish. (If you did not receive a code, click Resend and wait for the passcode)

   

2. Click Agree and Continue to accept the Terms and Conditions.

   

Authenticator App

1. Select I Have A Profile Already or Create a Profile to begin logging in.

   

   1. Create A Profile by filling out all the required information and click Submit.

      

2. Verify your Email by entering the code sent to the email address provided.

3. Click on Authenticator App

   

4. Scan the QR code to receive a code or select Manual Pairing if you are on the device that needs to be authenticated. Click Next.

   

5. If you scanned the QR Code skip to Step 6. If Manual Pairing was selected, click Scan QR Code and click Next.

   

6. Enter the code in the provided box and click Finish.

   

7. Insert your mobile number in the provided box to Register Mobile Number. Click Continue.

   

8. Your device is registered. Click Continue.

   

9. Click Agree and Continue to accept the Terms and Conditions.
