MFA Authentication
Enhanced (Multi-Factor Authentication) MFA is a multi-step login process that requires more than a password to access a system, providing an additional layer of protection against potentially compromised credentials. Authenticate your account after successfully creating your profile and accepting the Terms and Conditions. Choose from 3 options, Biometrics, receive an SMS, or Authenticator App, to get started.
Biometrics
- Select I Have A Profile Already or I Need to Create a Free Profile to begin logging in.
- Create A Profile by filling out all the required information and click Submit.
- Verify your Email by entering the code sent to the email address provided.
- The Code needed to complete email verification will be emailed to the email address provided. The email is sent from PingOne. Example below.

- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Click on Biometrics/Security Key
- Click Next.
- For Apple Users proceed to Step A. Windows users continue to Step B.
- Create a Passcode by choosing one of the following
- iCloud Keychain
- iPhone or iPad Device
- Security Key
- iCloud Keychain
- Create and Save the Passkey by following the steps below.
- Create a Passcode by choosing one of the following
- Your device is registered. Click Continue.
Receive SMS Authentication
- Select I Have A Profile Already or Create a Profile to begin logging in.
- Create A Profile by filling out all the required information and click Submit.
- Create A Profile by filling out all the required information and click Submit.
- Verify your Email by entering the code sent to the email address provided.
- The Code needed to complete email verification will be emailed to the email address provided. The email is sent from PingOne. Example below.
- Accept Terms and Conditions.
- Click on Receive an SMS
- Insert your mobile number in the provided box to Register Mobile Number. Click Continue.
- Enter the passcode sent to your mobile device in the provided box and click Finish. (If you did not receive a code, click Resend and wait for the passcode)
- Authenticated.
Authenticator App
- Select I Have A Profile Already or Create a Profile to begin logging in.
- Create A Profile by filling out all the required information and click Submit.
- Create A Profile by filling out all the required information and click Submit.
- Verify your Email by entering the code sent to the email address provided.
- The Code needed to complete email verification will be emailed to the email address provided. The email is sent from PingOne. Example below.

- Accept Terms and Conditions.
- Click on Authenticator App.
- Scan the QR code to receive a code or select Manual Pairing if you are on the device that needs to be authenticated. Click Next.
- If you scanned the QR Code skip to Step 6. If Manual Pairing was selected, click Scan QR Code and click Next.
- Enter the code in the provided box and click Finish.
- Authenticated.
