Update Multi-Factor Authentication Post Login
Enhanced (Multi-Factor Authentication) MFA is a multi-step login process that requires more than a password to access a system, providing an additional layer of protection against potentially compromised credentials. Update and mange your MFA Method after logging in. Additionally, Reset Password and View your Accounts and Sessions.
- Start by clicking on your name, located on the Load Board interface on upper left hand side. (Example provided below.)
- Click on Authentication, Change Password or Account Settings. (Example provided below.)
- If you selected Authentication Method, you will be redirected to the example page provided below.
Click Add Method to add an additional MFA Method. Your MFA options are Biometrics, SMS and Authenticator App. To change your default MFA method, click on the vertical ellipsis located to the right of your MFA Method. - If you selected on Change Password, you will be redirected to the example page provided below.
Add your Current Password, New Password, and lastly Confirm New Password. Click Save to finalize your password change. - If you selected Accounts & Sessions, you will be redirected to the example page provided below.
