ID Verification Center for Carriers

Identity Verification Center

Use the ID Verification Center to complete the ID Verification process. Navigate and login into the IDV Center Website to get started!

  1. View My Current Status in the Identity Verification Center.
  2. Click on the red GET ID VERIFIED button to begin ID Verification.
  3. Click on the red CONTINUE button to begin ID Verification. For additional help on ID Verification visit https://truckstop.helpdocs.io/article/0ewhmi0q3i-verify-your-id
  4. Once ID Verification is complete and successful, your Current Status will change from ID Unverified to ID Submitted.
  5. Should ID Verification need to be updated, click on the red REVERIFY button.
