How To Add More MFA Methods
- Click on Manage How I Login located at the bottom.
- Enter your Username and Password. Click on Sign On.
- Depending on what your default MFA method is, proceed by using your Authenticator App, receiving a Text Message, or using your Passkey to log in.
- Click on Add Method.
- Select your preferred MFA Method. Choose from Authenticator App, Text Message, or Passkey.
- To add Authenticator App as an MFA Method scan the QR Code using your authenticator app. Enter the code provided in the authenticator app in the provided box or enter the code displayed. Click Finish.
- To add Text Message as an MFA Method enter your mobile number in the provided box. Click Next.
- Enter the 6-digit passcode sent to your mobile number in the provided box to continue SMS Pairing. Click Finish.
- Enter the 6-digit passcode sent to your mobile number in the provided box to continue SMS Pairing. Click Finish.
- Proceed to step A to add iPhone, iPad or Android as your preferred Passkey option. Skip to step B to set up a Security Key as your preferred Passkey option.
- Click on iPhone, iPad, or Android Device and click Next.
- Scan the QR Code with your iPhone, iPad or Android. On your mobile device, click on Save the Passcode highlighted in yellow. Then click on Continue highlighted in blue to create the passcode.
- Passkey saved.
- Scan the QR Code with your iPhone, iPad or Android. On your mobile device, click on Save the Passcode highlighted in yellow. Then click on Continue highlighted in blue to create the passcode.
- Click on Security Key. Click Next.
- Security Key Setup. Click OK.
- Continue Setup
- Insert you security key into the USB port.
- Security Key Setup. Click OK.
- Click on iPhone, iPad, or Android Device and click Next.
