Invite to verify - ID Verification Badges

  1. Navigate to and click on Client Login located at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your User Name and Password. Login to your account.
  3. Navigate to Advanced Search at the top of the page and enter the desired MC number in the designated box. (Example Provided Below)
  4. Click on the Carrier Record. (Example Provided Below)
  5. Navigate to General Information at the top of the page. Hover over ID Verified to view the success of the Carriers ID Verification. (Example Provided Below)
  6. There are 3 different Badge types, ID Verified, Partial ID and ID Unverified.
    1. ID Verified
      • “ID Verified” indicates the user has successfully completed ID Verification and the government ID information matches the Main Carrier Corporate Contact information on file in Truckstop RMIS.  
      • This icon will also show the most recent date of ID verification of the user. This should be used as an additional level of security in your carrier vetting process. 
    2. Partial ID
      • When a carrier shows as “Partial ID” in RMIS, it indicates that the user has successfully completed ID Verification with Truckstop, but the name that appears on the government-issued ID used in the verification DOES NOT match that of the RMIS Main Corporate Contact. The carrier may also show as “Partial ID” if the name on the ID is unable to be captured.   
      • Please reach out directly to all carriers with this indicator and direct them to call RMIS Support at 888-643-8174 to complete verification.  
    3. ID Unverified
      • “ID Unverified” indicates the user has either not started or not successfully completed ID Verification with Truckstop. It is up to your discretion to proceed with working with the carrier using other vetting methods.  
      • We strongly encourage contacting carriers with this flag and requesting they call RMIS Support at 888-643-8174 to complete the verification process. 
  7. Click on Invite To Verify located at the bottom of the badge. An invite email will be sent to the email associated with the main corporate contact.
