Multi-Factor Authentication
Enhanced (Multi-Factor Authentication) MFA is a multi-step login process that requires more than a password to access a system, providing an additional layer of protection against potentially compromised credentials. Authenticate your account after successfully creating your profile and accept the Terms and Conditions. Choose from 3 options, Biometrics, receive an SMS, or Authenticator App, to get started.
Biometrics
- Click on Biometrics/Security Key
- Click on Next
- For Apple Users proceed to Step A. Windows users continue to Step B.
- Create a Passcode by choosing one of the following
- iCloud Keychain
- iPhone or iPad Device
- Security Key
- iCloud Keychain
- Create and Save the Passkey by following the steps below.
- Create a Passcode by choosing one of the following
- Your device is registered. Click Continue.
- Click Agree and Continue to accept the Terms and Conditions.
Receive SMS Authentication
- Click on Receive an SMS
- Enter a Mobile number in the provided box and click Continue.
- Enter the passcode sent to your mobile device in the provided box and click Finish. (If you did not receive a code, click Resend and wait for the passcode)
- You are Authenticated.
- Click Agree and Continue to accept the Terms and Conditions.
Authenticator App
- Click on Authenticator App
- Scan the QR code to receive a code or select Manual Pairing if you are on the device that needs to be authenticated. Click Next.
- If you scanned the QR Code skip to Step 4. If Manual Pairing was selected, click Scan QR Code and click Next.
- Enter the code in the provided box and click Finish.
- You are Authenticated.
- Click Agree and Continue to accept the Terms and Conditions.
