Enhanced (Multi-Factor Authentication) MFA is a multi-step login process that requires more than a password to access a system. If you wish to reset your MFA Method you may do so by completing an ID Verification. Begin by contacting our Customer Support Team at 1-800-203-2540 to request an ID Verification text message and follow the steps below!
- A link will be sent to your Mobile number. (Example provided below) Click on the link to continue.
- Verify that your code on your phone matches the code provided. Copy the code.
- Enter the code in the box provided and click Begin Verification.
- Get your government-issued ID ready. Click Next.
- Scan the front of the document.
- Get ready to capture a selfie and click Next.
- Please review the documents before submission and click Next.
- The ID Verification steps are complete!
- Your ID is Verified.
- If ID Verification has failed, click on Retry ID Verification, to attempt the process again.
