Setting Up An Alternate MFA Method
- Click on Manage How I Login.
- Enter your Username and Password.
- Depending on what your current default MFA method is, proceed by using your Authenticator App, receiving a Text Message, or using your Passkey to login.
- To set up an Alternate MFA Method click on Add Method.
- Example: As shown below, the current default MFA Method is Text Message. Click Add Method to begin setting up an alternate method.
- Select your preferred Alternate MFA Method.
- Example: The current default MFA Method is Text Message, as shown in Step 4. Choose from an alternate MFA Method; Authenticator App or Passkey.
- Once you have successfully added and Alternate MFA Method, the alternate method will appear on Your Authentication Methods list.
- Example: The alternate MFA Method chosen was Authenticator App. The alternate method is now listed under the Text Message authentication method.
- Set the alternate MFA Method added as the Default by clicking on the ellipsis located to the right of your preferred default Authentication Method.
- Example: Click on the ellipsis located to the right of alternate MFA Method, in this case Authenticator App.
- Click on Set As Default.
- The alternate MFA Method is now set up.
- Example: Authenticator App is now the default MFA Method.
